There is no need for you to become despondent over your failures. What is relevant is that you should learn the right lessons from them. That is how every failure becomes a lesson towards progress. No failure could be considered as an indication of impossibility. If you look at failure from the right perspective, that itself may become a driving force for you to act further. I have seen same people who begin a thing with all enthusiasm but do not persist in their effort to complete it . They don't have the patience and lack the quality of perseverance. They want results immediately. They are greedy to reap immediately they have sown. In their impatience they will hop from one jump to another leaving everything in the middle. The reason they give is that they could not get along in the work they were previously doing . People with such temperament will remain non-achievers to the very end
